1. Eligibility for Returns

– Time Frame: You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
– Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Items that are damaged or altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
– Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
– Custom-made or personalized items.
– Clearance or final sale items.
– Downloadable software or digital products.
– Gift cards.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at returns@jaradeal.com or call +234 (802) 333-1214 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@jaradeal.com or +1 (800) 123-4567. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
