– Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items

– Clearance or final sale items.

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Step 4: Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
